Connected is a short piece for viola, piano, and fixed media inspired by paradoxical feelings of isolation and mediated connectedness that many have experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. The piece was written for Castle of our Skins’s Black Composer’s Miniature Challenge (#BCMC).
